At John Posh, we take pride in creating unique and personalized cufflinks. Each order is handmade with your specific monogram, ensuring that your cufflinks are one-of-a-kind and not mass-produced.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
- Our production time for each order or set of cufflinks is 7-10 working days, in addition to shipping time;
- Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day;
- If any changes will occur within our supply chain, due to peak periods we will update our processing times to reflect it.

POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
Sometimes, factors outside of our control can delay orders from arriving on time. Like:
- Weather - related disruptions, such as storms or extreme temperatures, can impact shipping routes and cause delays.
- Transportation issues, such as traffic or accidents, can cause delays in getting packages to their destination.
- Technical problems with the shipping carrier's equipment or systems can also cause delays.
- Customs clearance delays may occur if the shipment needs to be inspected or if there are issues with the shipment's documentation.
- High volume periods, such as holidays or peak seasons, can cause delays due to the sheer volume of shipments being processed by the shipping carrier.
It's important to note that while these factors are outside of our control, we strive to provide our customers with the most accurate information possible and work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any potential delays.
HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the specified shipping time of your country, please contact us at info@johnposh.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
