Refund policy
At John Posh, we value our clients and their satisfaction is our top priority. Although custom products are typically non-returnable, we are dedicated to working with you to find a solution that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.
You can return or cancel or change your mind about your purchase within 14 days after the delivery date of your goods, apart from the return shipping fees.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, clean with John Posh tags, not containing bad smells, without a snag / pull in the fabric and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Bare in Mind that Return postage charge is not applicable for refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@johnposh.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please take note of the following: At John Posh, we use only the finest quality 925 sterling silver for all of our jewelry products. However, as with all silver jewelry, it is natural for it to tarnish and darken over time due to a reaction with hydrogen sulfide present in the air. This reaction results in the formation of black, water-insoluble silver sulfide.
Daily wear of polished silver jewelry can also cause slight scratches over time. To maintain the original appearance of your silver jewelry, proper care is necessary. We provide a special silver polishing cloth with each piece of Joh Posh jewelry, designed to clean your jewelry without causing scratches. The cloth can be used dry, without any additional products or creams. When cleaning, it is important to use a back and forth motion, rather than circular, and you may notice black stains on the cloth during cleaning.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. When we have approved your returned item, we will transfer the refund to your account within 30 days, providing we have received your notice of cancellation and the actual item.
We would like to warn you that you are liable for damage to the product until we receive them at our warehouse. Please do keep the receipt of the postage.
